Please show up on time to your appointments. If you are late, time may have to be deducted off your treatment. If you are running late, please notify. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may have to be rescheduled. 

All Appointments require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. This will be deducted from your treatment price on the day. 

We do not offer refunds for services; you are encouraged to say if you do not like something during your appointment, so we can make it right for you. 

Payment Method for Appointments: Cash or bank transfer in person. You can also pre pay on my website. All online payments are made securely through STRIPE.
