Sabina takes the time to understand the relaxation/deep tissue needs of the individual massage, and to know if there are any uncomfortable areas that need to be avoided.

My massage consisted of a full body Swedish, followed by a facial massage, for relaxation coupled with deeper tissue massage on the shoulders. It definitely worked as I was totally relaxed, fell asleep more than once and have felt good since!
